The technology behind FracMny

Real-world value.
A verifiable digital record.

Tokenisation connects a documented asset interest to digital units. Blockchain gives those units a shared transaction history. Here is how the proposed FracMny architecture brings the two together.

Our architectureLive participation will open after production arrangements are in place.

01 / START WITH THE SUBSTANCE

The asset gives the token meaning.

Property, a film project, or another real-world asset. Its legal structure defines the interest, the rights attached to it, and the restrictions that follow.

Asset → legal structure → tokenA token represents the documented interest. It is not automatically direct title to the underlying asset.
02 / THIS IS TOKENISATION

One interest. Smaller digital units.

Tokenisation represents an asset-linked interest as digital tokens. Each token in the same class carries the rights defined in that asset’s documents.

Supply and pricing are established in each offering’s final documents.

03 / THE LOGIC BEHIND THE UNITS

Rules that travel with the token.

A smart contract is a program on a blockchain. FracMny’s proposed design uses it to control token issuance, record balances, and apply eligibility and transfer rules.

04 / FOLLOW THE RECORD

A holding with a traceable history.

Once a transaction is confirmed on the chosen blockchain, its reference can connect the token, the holding address, and the issuance event in a block explorer.

01 / A deliberate separation

Transparency where it matters.
Privacy where it belongs.

A blockchain record is one part of the system. It works alongside the documents, identity checks, payment evidence, and people responsible for the underlying asset.

THE SHARED RECORD

On the blockchain.

The proposed token register records the digital side of participation.

  • Token supply and balances by holding address
  • Issuance and permitted transfer events
  • Transaction references and confirmation states
THE PRIVATE LAYER

Off the blockchain.

Sensitive information belongs in controlled systems with appropriate access.

  • Identity documents and personal investor details
  • Banking records and payment reconciliation
  • Asset documentation and operational review

These are the controls being designed around the ownership journey. Production arrangements will be published before live participation opens.

01

Eligibility before issuance

Identity checks, approved allocations, and permitted holding addresses connect the investor to the token record.

02

Custody with clear responsibility

Key control, recovery, signing permissions, and the chosen custody provider must be defined. The preview does not ask you to connect a wallet.

03

Payments and tokens, reconciled

A successful payment and a confirmed token transaction are separate events. Both need to match the approved allocation.

04

Distributions with a record date

Income records can be matched to eligible holdings at a stated date. Asset income and actual payouts still depend on operations and the offering terms.

03 / From payment to proof

The journey becomes visible.

Every state should tell you what has happened and what is still pending. A payment receipt alone is not a token confirmation.

  1. 01

    Payment reconciled

Match the payment to the allocation.

  2. 02

    Allocation approved

    Confirm investor eligibility and terms.

  3. 03

    Tokens issued

Submit issuance and await chain confirmation.

  4. 04

    Record available

Inspect the confirmed transaction and holding.

The complete picture

A better record.
The same need for judgment.

Tokenisation can make units and their history easier to inspect. It does not establish an asset’s value, guarantee returns, create immediate liquidity, or replace the legal rights set out in the offering.
