Every good decision starts with a question.
Straight answers to the things you should understand before participating.
What is fractional ownership?
It is a way to divide an asset-linked interest into smaller units. What a unit entitles you to depends on the asset’s final legal structure and documents. A digital record does not, by itself, give direct title to a property.
What is tokenisation?
Tokenisation represents a documented asset-linked interest as digital tokens. A token’s rights, supply, and transfer restrictions depend on the final offering and contract design. It is not automatically direct ownership of a building or film.
Why use blockchain?
A blockchain can provide a shared record of token issuance, balances, and permitted transfers. FracMny is designed to make that history inspectable alongside asset documents and payment records. Live blockchain integration is not yet enabled.
Can I invest in FracMny today?
Live investments are not open yet. You can register your interest and log in to the interactive demo to explore the investor journey with simulated figures. We will publish asset terms and availability before participation opens.
What does a smart contract do?
It is a program on a blockchain that runs defined rules. FracMny’s proposed design uses contracts for token supply, balances, and eligibility or transfer controls. No production contract has been deployed or independently audited for live participation.
Which blockchain and wallet will FracMny use?
The production network, token standard, and custody provider have not yet been selected. The demo does not connect a wallet or ask for crypto. Those choices and the account recovery arrangements will be documented before launch.
What does an on-chain record prove?
It can help you inspect the issuance and movement of digital units. It does not verify an asset’s valuation, guarantee returns, replace legal documents, or remove the need for due diligence.
Can I sell my units whenever I want?
Do not assume immediate liquidity. Transfer eligibility, holding periods, and exit mechanisms will depend on the final offering documents. A secondary market is not promised.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Asset values and income can fall. Distributions may be delayed or absent, and you could lose the amount you invest. Media projects can have especially uncertain outcomes.
When will the first assets open?
A launch date has not been confirmed. Asset documentation, independent review, and operational readiness must be completed before an offering opens.
